Had 10 years knowledge and experience in Quality Control & Quality Assurance, Provide expertise in Process, analyze and responsible for Corrective Action of Raw Mat'l. & Finish Goods, Equipment for Quality Control Ex. Coordinate Measuring Machine (Model Zeiss Contura G2, Mahr , Mitutoyo) , Vision System (Component Hard disk parts & Automotive parts)
Ability to present information to Management level and Self Training Quality team & Calibration. System (Component Hard disk parts & Automotive parts)

Position: IQA & VQE Senior Supervisor
Salary ; 24,000 Baht.
Responsibility Incoming Quality Assurance
Manage overall activities for IQA section.
To review the drawing and prepared the inspection instruction for incoming process and create the measuring program for all raw components and assembly level.
Handle for all special requirements from customer or cooperate site (head quarter or counterpart) for measure and do the report or failure analyze report.
First Article Control
Create objective plan First Article (FA) for raw component and support the requirement from customer.
Prepared the inspection instruction for incoming and in process inspection.
Create the measuring program for all raw components.
Calibration Control.
Create objective plan calibration equipment.
Contact with vendor for some calibration equipment.
Control and monitor the team to achieve target calibration plan.
Vendor Quality Engineering
Lead and manage subordinate accordingly.
To manage incoming raw material and ensure they are identified and are properly inspect to confirm to the specified requirement.( Direct part and indirect part ) most of supplier are the oversea supplier.
To be ensure the proper management of document in MRB ( SAP ) and IQA.
To responsible and take action for any feedback from subordinate and report to superior immediately.
To ensure reject material conform to the specified reject requirement before sending to MRB.
To drive up and follow CA&PA from supplier for close the quality issued and monitor their action for ensure the quality issue dont re-occur again.
ISO. System & Management.
Team for making the system for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
Motivate employees to alert the ISO. system standard & Safety system.
Manpower utilization and development.
Responsible about internal audit plan.
Lead Auditor for Internal Audit for all the system and key contact with third party audit.
Prepare system and support during customer audit.
