เชื้อโรคจะสะสมอยู่ตามจุดที่เราจับบ่อยที่สุด ให้ใช้น้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อเช็ดจุดเหล่านี้เป็นอันดับแรก:

อุปกรณ์ดิจิทัล: รีโมทคอนโทรล, มือถือ, คีย์บอร์ดคอมพิวเตอร์ (ใช้สำลีชุบแอลกอฮอล์ 70% เช็ด)

ในบ้าน: ลูกบิดประตู, สวิตช์ไฟ, มือจับตู้เย็น, ก๊อกน้ำ และราวบันได

โซนทำงาน/พักผ่อน: พนักพิงเก้าอี้ และขอบโต๊ะ


2. จัดการเครื่องนอนและผ้า (Linen & Laundry)
เชื้อโรคสามารถฝังตัวอยู่ในเส้นใยผ้าได้นาน

ซักด้วยน้ำร้อน: หากผ้าชนิดนั้นทนความร้อนได้ ให้ซักผ้าปูที่นอน ปลอกหมอน และผ้าขนหนูด้วยน้ำร้อน (อุณหภูมิประมาณ 60°C)

ตากแดดจัด: แสง UV จากแดดช่วยฆ่าเชื้อโรคได้ดีมาก

ข้อควรระวัง: เวลาเก็บผ้าที่ใช้แล้วของผู้ป่วย "ห้ามสะบัดผ้า" เพราะจะทำให้เชื้อโรคที่แห้งแล้วฟุ้งกระจายในอากาศ ให้ม้วนเก็บเบาๆ ใส่ถุงเพื่อนำไปซักทันที


3. ล้างทำความสะอาดห้องน้ำ (Sanitize the Bathroom)
ห้องน้ำคือจุดที่เชื้อโรคแพร่กระจายได้ง่ายที่สุด โดยเฉพาะโรคทางเดินอาหาร

โถสุขภัณฑ์: ขัดล้างด้วยน้ำยาที่มีส่วนผสมของโซเดียมไฮโปคลอไรต์ (น้ำยาฟอกขาว) ทั้งด้านในและด้านนอก รวมถึงที่กดชามโถ

แปรงสีฟัน: หลังหายป่วย แนะนำให้เปลี่ยนแปรงสีฟันใหม่ทันที หรืออย่างน้อยต้องแช่น้ำยาบ้วนปากที่มีแอลกอฮอล์หรือน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อเพื่อทำความสะอาดหัวแปรง


4. "ระบายอากาศ" คือหัวใจ (Air Exchange)
อากาศที่นิ่งสนิทคือที่อยู่ชั้นดีของไวรัส

เปิดหน้าต่าง: เปิดประตูหน้าต่างให้อากาศถ่ายเทอย่างน้อย 1-2 ชั่วโมง เพื่อให้ลมพัดพาละอองเชื้อโรคที่ตกค้างในอากาศออกไป

เครื่องฟอกอากาศ: หากมีเครื่องฟอกอากาศ ให้เปิดโหมดสูงสุด (High) ทิ้งไว้สักพักเพื่อช่วยกรองฝุ่นและเชื้อโรคที่ลอยอยู่


5. อุปกรณ์ล้างจานและขยะ (Disposal)
ฟองน้ำล้างจาน: เปลี่ยนฟองน้ำล้างจานใหม่ หรือนำไปต้มในน้ำเดือดเพื่อฆ่าเชื้อ

จัดการขยะ: ทิ้งขยะจำพวกกระดาษชิชชูหรือหน้ากากอนามัยลงในถุงขยะแยกต่างหาก มัดปากถุงให้แน่น และฉีดสเปรย์ฆ่าเชื้อที่ถังขยะด้วยครับ

แอลกอฮอล์ 70%: เหมาะสำหรับเช็ดพื้นผิวโลหะหรืออุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์

น้ำยาฟอกขาวเจือจาง: (น้ำยาฟอกขาว 1 ส่วน ต่อ น้ำ 99 ส่วน) เหมาะสำหรับเช็ดพื้นทั่วไปที่ไม่มีโลหะ

ห้ามผสม: ระวังอย่าผสมน้ำยาฟอกขาวกับน้ำยาล้างห้องน้ำหรือแอมโมเนียเด็ดขาด เพราะจะเกิดก๊าซพิษที่เป็นอันตรายต่อระบบทางเดินหายใจครับ
