เอามาแชร์ข้อมูลครับ เปเปอร์หาอ่านยากพอควร คัดมาให้แบบย่อๆ

วันนั้นที่ให้ข้อมูลน้าแฟร์ไปมีผิดพลาดนิดนึงครับเรื่องเบสออยเอสเตอร์(ซินเธติคบางยี่ห้อ)ผสมกับPao(ซินเธติคท้องตลาด)ได้ครับ แต่เบสออยเอสเตอร์ห้ามโดนน้ำครับไม่งั้นมันจะแยกชั้นและต้องเทสชุดซีลก่อนใช้ เบสออยที่ห้ามผสมกับน้ำมันอื่นจะเป็นpolyglycol(น้ำมันเบรค)

เบสออยซินเธติคครับ

Polyalphaolefins<----------ตัวนี้จะเป็นเบสออยซินเธติคในท้องตลาดครับ

Advantages

Diesters and Polyol Esters<-------เบสออยเอสเตอร์ของน้ำมันเครื่องยี่ห้อหนึ่ง

l Good oxidation resistance
l Good low-temperature flowability
l High viscosity index
Low evaporation losses at high temperatures
l Unlimited miscibility and compatibility with mineral oils
l Good antiwear and antifretting properties
l Nontoxic
l Fast biodegradability

Disadvantages
l Low viscosity
l Limited compatibility with sealing  materials and paints / varnishes
l Bad hydrolytic resistance
l Moderate corrosion-protection properties

Especially suitable for
l High-temperature chain oils
l Low-temperature greases
l Motor oils
l Compressor oils
l Gear and hydraulic oils
l Refrigerator oils
l Fast-biodegradable

Not suitable for
l Applications with high corrosion-protection requirements


จึงเป็นที่มาว่าทำไมยี่ห้อดังกล่างจึงต้องผสม PAO

เอารายชื่อแอดดิทิฟไปเพื่อใครอยากเอาไปน้ำมันเอง เบสออยหาได้จาก บริษัทไทยลูปเบส มั้ง แล้วไปหาซื้อแอดดิทิฟตามร้านเคมีเอา ผสมตามการใช้งาน

EP additives      Sulphur, chlorine or phosphorus compounds,
          sometimes in combination with leaded soaps.

Anti friction additives   Highly molecular compounds such as fatty oils,
          oxidised wax or leaded soaps.

Anti wear additives             Organic phosphates or phosphates,
                                            zinc-dithiophosphate

Solid additives       MoS2 or graphite

Corrosion inhibitors                  Organic compounds containing active sulphur,
           phosphorous or nitrogen, e.g. phosphate, metal salts, 
                                       thiophosphoric acid, sulfonated wales or terpenes

Antioxidants       Phenols, aromatic amines,
          sulfonated phenols, zinc-dithiophosphate

Water Repellents               Organic silicone polymers, hydroxy fatty acids.

Tackifiers                   Poly isobutene olefin polymers

ทริคสุดท้าย สำหรับคนอยากลองด้วยวิธีการง่ายกับการปรับแต่งความหนืดน้ำมันเครื่อง

นมค.ส่วนใหญ่ในท้องตลาดจะเป็นเบอร์ SAE 30 40 50 และ 60(หายากนิดนึง)

แล้วอยากใช้เบอร์ 35 45 55 โดยไม่ง้อ ยี่ห้อH....

สมมุติทำจะเบอร์ SAE 35 เองทำได้โดยเอา นมค เบอร์SAE30 กะเบอร์SAE40 มาผสมอย่างละครึ่ง จะได้เป็นความหนืดSAEที่ 35
หรือจะลองผสมเองโดยอาศัยการฟังเสียงเครื่องยนต์ เข็มรอบเครื่อง และความร้อน ควบคู่กันไปด้วยก็ได้ครับ

SAE 30 ความหนืดจะอยู่ที่ 90-120 at 40 องศาc
SAE 40 ความหนืดจะอยู่ที่ 120-180 at 40 องศาc
ส่วนน้ำมัน Hydrualic 68 ความหนืดจะอยู่ที่ 68 at 40 องศาc

ทริคสำคัญของสารหล่อลื่นอยู่ที่ความหนืดที่ความเหมาะสมกับอุณหภูมิ โหลด และ รอบ ส่วนเบสออยและแอดดิทิฟเป็นตัวที่ให้ยืดหยุ่นในการทำงานครับ(ยกเว้นบางงานที่ต้องการความพิเศษจริงๆนะครับ) ครับ
